It took me a while to find a book that isn't to wordy, yet easy enough to follow what the writer wanted to express about the art, and this book does just that.
The best thing I love about the this book, are the animal forms that are associated with bagua,|About the Author|Sun Lutang mastered all three internal styles of Chinese Boxing: Taiji Quan, Bagua Quan, and Xing Yi Quan. His teachers included: Guo Yunshen (Xing Yi Quan), Cheng Tinghua (Bagua Quan), and Hao Weichen (Taiji Quan). Later in life he founded his
